To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly ask you to review and respect the following policies.

Appointments & Arrival

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service in order to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and treated as a no-show.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Appointments missed without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service price.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings.

Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to secure the appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the service.
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
If you have any concerns about your service, please notify us during your appointment, and we will do our best to address them at that time.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or contraindications prior to their appointment.
Yorkville Unique Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

Guests & Children

To maintain a calm and relaxing spa environment, we kindly ask that clients do not bring additional guests or children unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

Yorkville Unique Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or failing to comply with spa policies.

Policy Acknowledgement

By booking an appointment with Yorkville Unique Spa, you acknowledge and agree to all spa policies listed above.
